Interact Analysis - According to updated research by market intelligence firm Interact Analysis, the collaborative robot market will enjoy modest growth out to 2032, with annual growth rates sitting at around 20%. ‘Collaboration’ between humans and robots is now widely accepted so robot manufacturers suggest that the key to future success will be their ability to scale up production and develop new application scenarios.
Global manufacturing industry growth reached 3.8% in 2022
Interact Analysis - Updated research by Interact Analysis shows that Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe and the US have performed very differently in terms of manufacturing output growth during 2022. Growth in Europe has been slow throughout the year, while it has been strong in the US and steady in APAC. Machinery sectors have performed better than the manufacturing sector overall, and despite current challenges the next global downturn for manufacturing is not expected until late 2025 or early 2026.
Warehouse Automation: Despite Short-Term Pains, Long-Term Growth Expected
Interact Analysis - The global warehouse automation market was valued at $36 billion in 2021 and forecast to grow to $77 billion by 2027. The industry has undergone a series of shocks this year that resulted in a slight decline in order intake in 2022. However, in the mid- to long-term, we expect a return to healthy growth with an estimated CAGR of 13% between 2021 and 2027.
